Ube Overload

Sorry for the late post again. It's not just a case of procrastination but rather the juggling of roles as a working mum and a parent. I have been experimenting with Filipino flavours lately and have finally cracked the chiffon cake recipe. I'll be sharing more details next time as this is only meant to be a quick post.

Here are some of my ube creations using the same recipe for both the cakes and cupcakes. I remember I promised back in Christmas of 2011 (which I think was posted on 2012) that I will come back once I'm confident with my ube cake. Thanks to The Heart of Mary blog (sorry I'm typing from my iPad so I can't put the link). I will definitely be back soon with all my Filipino-flavoured cakes.
