LONDON EATS : Patisserie Edition

Back from my vampire coffin lol! This was in my drafts since 2018 so finally posting it. A lot has happened but will update this blog soon. London Eats is back! As much as possible, I will try to alternate topics on my posts. As it has been a while for my food experience extraordinaire, I have compiled all the ones I had including from last year (or maybe from the year before that?). Yes, it's been that long. French pastries for me is at a different level. If given a chance, I would love to learn how to make these exquisite treats. For me, this is the "high end, top of the line" products of baking. It's not just about the taste but of precision and art. Perfection. This is a compilation of some of the French patisseries I've been in London - these are all chains (mostly from Paris originally) ranging from the affordable to the expensive. Please don't let me pick a favourite as each of these have their own strengths and are known for their respective best
